I had a fantastic experience spending Christmas at this hotel! The views of the iconic rock were just amazing, and the location was perfect for exploring the local area. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making our stay so enjoyable. Plus, the food was really good; I especially loved the breakfast with a view!

On the flip side, the rooms didn't have AC, which made them a bit stuffy during the day. the bathrooms were pretty small with limited space to unpack things. The road leading up to the hotel is a bit rough, so be cautious if you're driving!

The hotel's location is perfect, nestled next to the rock of Guatape, surrounded by serene nature. It provided a peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout our stay.
